Welcome to Campbell Yard Labradors.  We started out with our first lab, a chocolate, in 1989, just after we bought our first home.  We quickly added another and then another.  Over the years,  I've never stopped learning about this wonderful breed-and I've never looked back.  This breed has limitless potential.  Conformation, field, obedience, agility, rally, therapy work, service work and even search and rescue….these dogs can do it all.  

Campbell Yard is a small, hobby kennel where we breed one or two litters a year.  We breed for health and sound temperament as well as good conformation.  Pedigrees are thoroughly researched.  All of the dogs in my breeding program have hip, elbow and eye clearances.   My goal is to breed a Labrador who looks good and who can be competitive in the show ring but can also do an honest day's work out in the field.  

In addition to the unconditional love and abiding companionship of my dogs,  I've gained some wonderful friends.  I've also been able to share my passion with the terrific families with whom I've placed puppies over the years.  I hope to continue in this path for many years to come and invite anyone who has any questions-or just wants to talk about Labradors-to contact me.  Labrador retrievers are my favorite subject!
